For the "Technology and Construction" department, we are looking for a leader who, together with a strong management team, is responsible for the further development of the location.


Your tasks:

Independent management of the department, as well as leading, developing, promoting, and challenging assigned employees Comprehensive coverage of technical tasks, as well as technical support for projects of Rhomberg Bau GmbH (Germany) in acquisition, development, and construction Responsibility for planning and construction optimizations, construction supervision, and performance acceptance in coordination with our (project) development and sales Controlling of the department, as well as individual projects and employees; periodic planning and reporting in coordination with the management team Continuous development (innovation) of projects in relation to the strategic objectives (sustainability, economy, ecology, social aspects, etc.)



Your profile:
Successfully completed technical training, ideally with a university degree Proven several years of professional experience in construction or project management, as well as leadership experience Sound knowledge in the areas of construction project management, construction law, and building technology Good market knowledge (in southern Germany; Bavaria and/or Baden-Württemberg) Leadership skills with communication and teamwork abilities
