Role Description
This is a onsite contract role for a Neurosurgery - Surgical Appointment Scheduler. The Surgical Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to scheduling appointments for neurosurgery procedures. This includes phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling skills
  • Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Knowledge of neurosurgery procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software
