We are seeking a proactive and highly-motivated Loss Mitigation Representative. The Loss Mitigation Representative will be the initial point of contact with customers upon missed payment.

This person will be responsible for promptly contacting customers to discuss payment issues, utilizing technology to update customer accounts, researching customer discrepancies, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Research payment issues and initiate outbound calls with customers to discuss payment issues.
• Quickly build rapport with customers to converse about missed payments and negotiate payment(s) pursuant to the contract.
• Accurately document conversation updates and outcomes, and convey status of accounts to other stakeholders.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency and accountability, and ensure compliance with applicable contracts and local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center environment, accounts receivable account management, collections, inside sales, or customer retention.
• Persuasive verbal communication, professional writing, and exceptional listening skills.
• Experience with CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
• Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by identifying obstacles to management.
• Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and highly selfmotivated.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
