Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all installations and maintenance work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule appointments and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Very valuable experience:
  • Experience with fixed wireless technology and installations is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems and networking protocols
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in wireless installations, such as antennas, radios, and cabling.
  • Understanding of signal propagation and interference mitigation techniques in wireless networks
  • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize network performance in a wireless environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of networking principles and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift significant weights, with or without assistance.
  • Proficient balance and coordination skills, necessary for ladder climbing and cable installations.
  • Acute vision and color discrimination abilities for tasks like reading schematic diagrams.

  • Proficiency in handling tools and intricate electronic components.
  • Endurance and agility to work in tight spaces and perform equipment installations.

Salary:
$80,000-$110,000/yr.
