Description
Byron 'Von Quickborn' is a medical company that operates 14 medical centers in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. Our teams have access to expertise within our own facility, neighboring centers, and affiliated Asklepios clinics. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MFA) to join our team in Harburg.


Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Independently performing blood draws, administering injections, conducting lung function tests, ergometry, Doppler sonography, vaccinations, EKGs, and longterm blood pressure monitoring
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Handling inquiries from patients, family members, and other departments
  • Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, documentation, and billing according to EBM and GOÄ
  • Collaborating with the team on daily operations

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant or Arzthelfer
  • Strong empathy when interacting with patients
  • Reliability, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and possibly Xvianova
