- One or more years of experience in the diesel or automotive mechanical industry.
- Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of mechanical systems.
- Availability for the 1st shift for initial training and 2nd shift thereafter. Availability must include holidays and weekends.
- Your own basic tools.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
- A Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and to also function well within a team.
- Generous sign-on bonus up to $7500 paid in 5 increments within the first year of service.
