The program for the integration of refugees into vocational training, funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sport and Integration, is a central element for successful integration and is one of the core goals of Bavarian integration policy.

We are looking for a

Vocational Training Recruiter for Refugees (AQ-Flü) (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Addressing and recruiting young people for vocational training in the crafts sector
  • Advising the target group as well as their parents and relevant multipliers regarding a vocational career in the crafts sector
  • Securing and placing internships, apprenticeships, and entry qualifications
  • Activities for recruiting young people (e.g. career information fairs, school events)
  • Conducting selection interviews and aptitude tests with young people
  • Recruiting and supporting apprenticeships and internships and managing the job exchange
  • Advising companies on opportunities, support, and funding options
  • Placing suitable applicants with companies and providing follow-up support to prevent apprenticeship dropouts
