Job Description:

NETE is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented ServiceNow Delivery Lead to join the team in Rockville, MD. If you are eager to learn, grow, and contribute, this role is for you. The impact of your work is significant on the medical and scientific communities served.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Analyze systems and processes to optimize and map into ServiceNow
Understand system technologies related to project deliverables
Maintain project plans and communicate updates
Assist with business process mapping and project management
Offer technical support and troubleshooting
Thrive in software development environments
Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
Diagram business process activities
Collaborate with high-performing teams on program execution
Enhance ITSM Process solutions
Recommend process improvements based on evaluations
Develop Metrics/KPI's, analyze data, and drive improvements
Coordinate solutions delivery to business groups
Gain expertise in business processes across the organization

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
7-10 years experience in ITSM process solutions
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and business analysis
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, CSM preferred
Ability in ITIL Service Transition and Operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills
ITIL Foundations and Intermediate Certifications
Experience with Agile methodologies
