- Comfortably work in a banquet setting
- Set tables and service ware based on requirements after reviewing BEOs
- Greet and seat guests
- Serve 4-6 table stations, taking food orders, entering them accurately into the POS system, delivering food, and ensuring guest satisfaction until the meal is complete
- Possess some computer skills, including experience with POS systems
- Anticipate and meet guests' needs efficiently
- Serve food and beverages at the proper temperature
- Share knowledge of wines and spirits with guests
- Explain menu options and ingredients
- Assist guests with information and directions
- Clear tables and perform pre-bussing tasks
- Operate kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations
- Complete assigned side work like polishing silverware and preparing garnishes
- May assist with food preparation alongside serving
- May work as a Cocktail server and manage guest checks
- Meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
- Minimum age of 21
- Prior serving experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ownership and resolution of guest situations
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Self-directed and respected by peers
- Open to part-time or seasonal roles
- Flexible availability for various shifts
- Training Availability: 2-3 weeks of full availability after start date
- Minimum 3 days of full availability per week ongoing
- Alcohol Awareness Training (e.g., RVP, TIPS)
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language

Responsible for welcoming guests and crafting a memorable Aulani dining experience. Position: Part-time, with a minimum of 3 full days of availability. Must include a Saturday and two weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday). Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate round the clock, every day.
