    Tarvos Talent is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for a client located in Austin, TX.

    This pivotal role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead a dynamic team within a vibrant start-up environment, with a primary focus on the management of supply chain operations and the cultivation of robust supplier relationships.

    The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, which includes but is not limited to, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and distribution.

    They will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. They will also negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.


    The Director of Supply Chain will need to have 10+ years of experience, a proven track record of success in leading a team, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

    A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related degree highly preferred.
