We are currently looking to fill a position in Berlin as:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the branch manager (m/f/d) of our location in Rockport, IL, you will be the main point of contact for both our candidates and client companies.

You will advise and support them with our personnel services, with the goal of ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.

You will recruit candidates through various channels and provide guidance and support as they navigate their way to a new position and potentially beyond.
You will lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and be responsible for scheduling their assignments.
You will provide reliable support to your existing clients and impress them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
You will be responsible for setting and managing goals and budgets for your branch, and develop strategies to achieve them in coordination with your regional manager.
You will lead and motivate your internal team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Your education or degree - whether in business, technical, or other fields - is a good foundation, but not a deciding factor for your entry with us.

You have several years of experience in sales, personnel planning, or recruitment, and ideally have good market knowledge?
You have experience in leadership or as a personnel dispatcher, consultant / branch manager (m/f/d) / regional manager (m/f/d) or similar?
You have a good sense for others,
