About the Role

As

Manufacturing Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

If you have a strong background in CNC, CAD, CAM programming, mechanical knowledge, and experience with robotics, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities

Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products
Create and modify CAD drawings for tooling and fixtures
Program CAM software for CNC machines
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth production flow
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Conduct time studies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
Develop and implement quality control measures
Train production staff on new processes and equipment

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Experience with CAM programming for CNC machines
Knowledge of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in robot programming is a plus
Familiarity with quantum engineering is a plus
Experience with welding processes is preferred
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
