- Draft pleadings, statements, affidavits, and other documents.
- Assist with court filings and services, trial preparation, and the organization of legal documents and binders.
- Conduct legal research using resources such as PACER, Lexis-Nexis, the internet, and various government agency sites.
- Proofread legal memoranda to identify and correct typographical and grammatical errors, ensuring accuracy of citations and adherence to The Bluebook and/or specific court requirements.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Previous experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as PACER and Lexis-Nexis.
- Familiarity with Relativity
