Your mission * Cutting coils according to specifications * Coordinating the team in executing the entire production process * Training and supervising new employees (m/f/d) * Conducting quality control * Implementing and adhering to company-wide safety guidelines * Participating in TPM and autonomous maintenance Your superpowers * Completed training as a machine and equipment operator (m/f/d) or in a related metalworking profession * Several years of experience working with metal is advantageous * Technical understanding * Willingness to work in 3 shifts * Communication, teamwork, and resilience skills
