Currently, our team is is need of a Scheduling Coordinator with a background in healthcare This role will include scheduling clinical staff to see patients both in person and virtually.

Required days are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Pay starting at $18/hour


Responsibilities

• As a Scheduling Coordinator with Thrive Psychological Services, you will assist the care management team by providing support for the delivery of care services including scheduling, overall coordination, insurance verification, collecting copays, and overall administrative support as needed in the office.
• Scheduling clinicians with clients and confirms schedules.
• Scheduling clinicians for office appointments, online appointments reviews, credentialing, and checking patients in.
• Maintain client charting and system profile management.
• Confirm and update clinician's availability schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of scheduling/staffing experience
• 6 months or more of healthcare and administrative assisting experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience with utilizing multiline phone systems/office equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
