Massanetta Springs is looking for new team members to join our finance department at our location in Berlin Zehlendorf/Lichterfelde. We are currently seeking full-time employees to start as soon as possible.

*Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

*Your responsibilities:

Processing of incoming invoices - verification, allocation, and booking
Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of invoice and payment discrepancies
Communication with departments and monitoring of internal ordering system
Preparation of VAT returns
Creation and maintenance of master data for (new) customers, including processing of contract cancellations
Posting of outgoing invoices and incoming payments
Clarification of accounts receivable
Preparation of reports
Accounts receivable management and collection
Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements according to HGB

*Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in the relevant field
You have (some) relevant professional experience in the field of financial accounting
