Join Us as a Contract Staff Accountant for 6-Month Full On-Site Position

Flexible Hours available: 7:00am - 3:30pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm, or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Assist in bank reconciliations and document organization
Must handle Intercompany allocations and reconciliations
Enter payroll reports into the accounting system and manage accruals
Record transactions in the general ledger
Help prepare filings and reports for month-end and year-end closure
Support the team with special initiatives as required
Maintain A/R Reconciliations
Provide support with Accounts Payable tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Mandatory
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting system. (Highly Desirable)
Proficiency in Advanced Excel skills (V-LOOUP'S and Pivot Tables)
Team Player mindset
