Role Overview:
Join us as a Warehouse Associate and play a crucial role in the operational excellence that powers TurnoutNow.

Your meticulous attention to the preparation, shipment, and management of our cutting-edge products supports our mission on both national and international stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare and organize event technology equipment for shipments and oversee the returns.
• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and streamlined logistics.
• Perform detailed inventory assessments and equipment functionality tests to ensure deployment readiness.
• Work in tandem with logistics and event teams to flawlessly execute shipment schedules.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain meticulous records of inventory levels, both inhouse and in transit.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or GED; additional training in logistics or related fields is a plus.
• Proven background in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with UPS, Fed-Ex, and LTL shipping protocols highly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with robust organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• A dedicated work ethic, capable of meeting tight deadlines and achieving set goals.
• Capable of prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to meet physical demands, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
