This position should provide customers with their best service experience in an unique shopping environment. You will be the face of The Workroom and interacting with our customer base coming in.


Responsibilities:

• Fun and approachable personality that is comfortable working with customers.
• Help customers with their design needs in The Workroom aesthetic.
• Maintain the store with visual merchandising, pricing and general upkeep.
• Accurately process instore and ecommerce sales, returns and exchanges and follows store policies.
• Communicate inventory needs of the store to management.
• Unboxing and checking inventory into the system with all necessary information to transfer to ecommerce
• Tracking & communicating with ecommerce team on inventory status
• Managing Shoppe photo shoots for ecommerce imagery
• Social media taking pictures for store marketing

Requirements:

• Shopify ecommerce experience a plus
• 12 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma and College preferred.

• Hours needed: Thursday

• Saturday from 10:305:30 pm.

$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

• 8 hour shift
