Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.


Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
• Provide support to management in financial decisionmaking processes

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of doubleentry bookkeeping principles
• Excellent financial report writing skills
• Ability to perform 10key typing accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
• Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is preferred
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
