The establishment "Work and Learn" is based on a cooperation between the Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus and various secondary schools in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district.

The services are aimed at students who are distanced from school according to §32 KJHG. We are looking for a SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE (M/F/D) WITH THERAPEUTIC ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION to strengthen our team. The position is permanent and part-time (30 hours/week).


WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • State recognition as a social pedagogue or comparable qualification
  • Pedagogical and therapeutic work with children, adolescents and their parents
  • Participation in the development of concepts
  • Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience in working with children, adolescents and cooperation with parents, youth welfare office, specialist services and schools
  • Knowledge in social pedagogical diagnostics
  • Familiarity with social space orientation.
