We are a leading assisted living and memory care community looking for a highly driven and organized self-starter with a dynamic personality to help us maintain our status as the best-in-class community in the organization and the area.


The Business Office Manager (BOM) oversees the finance and human resources functions as well as handles new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll, A/R, A/P and general accounting duties.

This position reports to the Executive Director and may be required to supervise other staff positions.

  • Maintain resident, business office and employee files.
  • Perform Human Resources function by conducting new hire background checks, orientation and administering benefits.
  • Handles A/R and A/P duties
  • Assist in answering resident billing issues.
  • Ensure that movein deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office at the time designated.
  • Ensure that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.
  • Process/file workers compensation claims.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, it's records, and restricted information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in senior living Business Office Manager (BOM) preferred.
  • Experience working in senior housing or longterm care preferred.
  • English fluency preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

SALARY:
This is position is hourly depending on experience

and attains a manager bonus each month


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Push, pull, and lift at least 30 pounds.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be creative, fun loving and have a
  • Must work Manager on Duty once every 3 months 2 short weekend shifts with day off earned
  • Ability to pass drug screen and Criminal background check.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; problem solving, conflict management,
- budgeting.
