We are currently looking for a Strategy and Corporate Development Officer (m/f/d) to join our team in Raywick, KY on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

Forwardlooking and strategic development of the entire Stadtwerke Group, particularly in the context of digitalization, energy transition, and (municipal) climate goals
Leading support to the management in the strategic and professional development of the Group, including subsidiaries and investments, as well as consulting on professional developments and innovative business models in the market
Development and implementation of strategic topics, including analysis, selection, and evaluation of innovative business models and ideas, as well as the development of cooperation models
Scouting and analysis of current trends and new technologies across the entire value chain of Stadtwerke (especially in the areas of smart energy, energy services, and mobility)
Needs and marketoriented development of new ideas and concepts for business models and innovative sales products, and their implementation with the specialist departments
Development and implementation of futureoriented, companywide processes, data flows, and database structures

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable field with ideally sound knowledge in the energy industry
Several years of professional experience in strategy/corporate development and/or business development or in a consulting company
Expertise in the areas of trading, sales, renewable energies, networks, and other infrastructures
Excellent experience in project work
