Performance Improvement Specialist:
This is a 100% Grant Funded Position.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Quality Improvement and Informatics (QI&I) team to disseminate and educate colleagues regarding multiple MMGwide and sitespecific quality dashboards and scorecards and performance improvement activities throughout MMG.
Coach and mentor MMG Sitebased and MMGwide teams in undertaking process and performance improvement work from project scoping and design, execution/implementation, and measurement.
Must be knowledgeable in a range of performance improvement methodologies, including but not limited to Lean-Six Sigma, the IHI Model for Improvement, Change Management (ADKAR) and implementation science.
Ability to effectively work and collaborate with MMG clinical and administrative colleagues, alike.
Possess strong communication skills, demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills, and outstanding time management and organizational skills are required.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with leading/participating in healthcare PI initiatives
Bachelor's with 3 years' experience in healthcare or Master's with 1 year experience in healthcare
Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and interpretation

Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p
