Job Summary:
As a Crew Manager at 2 Brothers Moving, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of moving services.
The Crew Manager will be responsible for overseeing moving crews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Crew Manager will spend approximately 90% of their working hours in the field, exposed to various weather conditions and physical demands.

The ideal Assistant Operations Manager will play an instrumental role in taking our team to the next level, they will:
Obtain 75 five star online reviews over the next 2 years with less than 2 negative reviews.
Train, mentor, and develop 10+ Crew Lead Apprentices to become Crew Leaders over 2 years while maintaining culture, team skill balance and quality of work.
