We are currently looking for a full-time Call Center Agent (m/f/d) - Customer Acquisition to join our Pre Sales team of over 20 employees in Flat Rock, NC.

Our mission is to bring transparency to the German credit market. We achieve this through our individual and tailored telephone consultations for our customers.

As a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) - Customer Acquisition, you have a genuine interest in understanding the needs of our customers.

You are a great communicator, enjoy interacting with different types of customers, and always have a positive attitude? Then you are the perfect fit for us

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for optimizing and completing customer data records via telephone (outbound)
You will assist customers with data entry, making it easier for them to find the best loan option
You will forward customer inquiries to our credit specialists, supporting them in providing comprehensive loan advice
As a Call Center Agent, you will actively contribute to improving our processes and optimizing our existing quality management
No cold calling our customers have actively provided their data to us
