Apprenticeship as IT specialist specializing in system integration (m/f/d) in South Whittier


During the three-year, dual apprenticeship as an IT specialist specializing in system integration, we will provide you with the tools for planning, installing, maintaining, and administering IT systems and computer networks.

You can expect a comprehensive and diverse training program with cross-departmental tasks in a challenging but pleasant environment under 1:1 supervision.

Your tasks:

  • Installation and configuration of PC workstations and network printers
  • Setting up and configuring users and groups in the Active Directory
  • Installation and configuration of applications in the Microsoft environment
  • User support for HP hardware and Microsoft products (onsite, by phone, and remote)
  • Internal support and troubleshooting of technical issues

Your profile:

  • Completed high school diploma or Abitur with good grades in German and mathematics
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Serviceoriented thinking and acting, as well as the ability to adapt to people with different levels of IT knowledge
  • Teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High personal commitment and ability to work independently.
