    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our planning, warehousing, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and driving efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning: Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support production schedules and meet company objectives.
    • Warehousing: Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring optimal storage and distribution of materials and finished products.
    • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to balance cost and service levels, ensuring materials availability for production needs.
    • Purchasing: Lead the procurement team to source materials and components, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Cost Management: Monitor and control supply chain costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including planning, warehousing, inventory management, purchasing, and scheduling.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
