    Job Title: Personal Insurance Account Manager

    Location: Wayzata or Coon Rapids, Minnesota (On-site)

    Position Type: Full-time, Salaried with Benefits

    Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 (Depending on Experience)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Insurance Account Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work on-site at either our Coon Rapids or Wayzata locations, contributing to a collaborative team environment while managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage client accounts, including communication with clients, carriers, and team members.
    • Offer advice and assistance with policy renewals, changes, and coverage needs.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all processes in management systems.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve team goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have a current and active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
    • Must have at least 1 year in current position in Personal Insurance Account Management or Customer Service experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
