Social Selling Coordinator
Ideal Products a Division of Ideal Living is on the hunt for an amazing Social Selling Coordinator.

As part of our Influencer team, you will be joining a great group of professionals who strive to promote Ideal Living Brands through Social Selling partners via social network platforms.


You are a creative, self-starter and a super communicator who will help manage and deliver on our social selling goals and objectives, while understanding our influencers their audience and providing useful content for Value Driven Consumers across the US and Canada.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Identify, engage and recruit social influencers to promote Ideal Living Products on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook to drive new customers acquisition.
  • Research different influencers and Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok identifying and maintaining influencer prospecting list.
  • Grow and optimize Ideal Product Social Selling/ Affiliate marketing programs utilizing partner content to grow sales and online social presence to increase brand awareness.
  • Follow up to ensure all agreements (agency, affiliate and influencer) are in place.
  • Work with cross functional teams to support social media selling and affiliate content that continuously drives customer activity, engagement and purchasing.
  • Book and track influencer activities on promotion calendar.
  • Monitor tracking, delivery, and campaign performance on and ongoing basis.
  • Generate performance reports.
  • Be willing to project manage graphic design projects to enhance the social media creative and content process.
  • Bring your ideas to anyone who will listen, and make things happen when you see an opportunity
  • Engage with our users, help build our tribe
  • Look and listen to social media content and feedback to learn how we can continuously improve our conservations and our products.
  • Continuously connect with influencers to drive brand awareness and create excitement across social media platforms.
  • Work with accounting team to ensure influencer/ affiliate payments are paid on time.
  • Request offer codes when directly related to influencer offers.
  • Liaise with Customer Service Department to resolve customer issues and concerns.

  • Having strong graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator is never a bad thing

  • Engage on the following platforms and are currently obsessed with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individual while being a team player
