    Position Summary:

    Join our dynamic team and be a part of a company dedicated to making a positive impact through delicious and nutritious food offerings. As the Help Desk/Junior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for user support duties and basic system administration tasks, and will float between our Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, Florida offices as is required for projects, maintenance, and issues needing hands on attention. You will also collaborate with the IT team to support all IT-related functions in the company and leverage technology to improve company and people effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT systems and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

    Help Desk Responsibilities:
    • Provides first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email and in person.
    • Oversees the daily performance of computer systems.
    • Deploys new and replacement equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Ensures end user satisfaction, accuracy, and timelines are all met.
    • Collaborates with Rochester Help Desk staff to maintain asset tracking records/replacement schedules of desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
    • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
    • Provides desktop, server, and network support (including, but not limited to administering and maintaining end user accounts, password resets/unlocks, and email setup and support)
    Systems Admin Responsibilities:
    • Assist with basic system administration tasks, including system monitoring, server backups and patch management.
    • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
    • Perform remote and onsite scheduled maintenance (in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa) as needed.
    • Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
    • Participate in other IT projects as assigned, such as software upgrades and system migrations.
    • Assist the IT Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting end users, networks, and infrastructure.
    • Previous experience servicing and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 products.
    • Thorough understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and VLANs
    • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
    • Knowledge of Hyper-V, IP PBX and Dell laptops, Dell server and Dell storage hardware a plus.
