    Description

    Our client, a health benefits management corporation, is looking for a Financial Manager to oversee the operations financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

    Required education/experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant business or finance field with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting FP&A in a health systems organization or shared services firm.
    • Finance competencies in budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, expenses, and future business growth planning.
    • Oversee performance of subsidiaries which will include evaluating percentage to goal and when applicable provide recommendations to initiate corrective actions.
    • Capable of evaluating industry trends challenging the business and collaborating with internal to make recommendations enhance capabilities.
