IN A NUTSHELL

Lead: As the leader of your team, you'll lead by example, overseeing both people and processes, handling paperwork, and assigning tasks to meet production and quality targets. You'll work closely with your team to ensure tasks are completed successfully.

Collaborate: Partner with fellow team leads, production planners, quality control, and maintenance teams to secure essential resources, materials, and equipment for your team's tasks. Responsibilities include task assignment, material management, and organizing product staging and packaging.

Train: Provide personalized coaching for new hires and team members, driving innovation and ensuring safety and efficiency. Work closely with the operations lead to promptly address any performance issues that arise.

Continuous Improvement: Champions the 5S principles and drives continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, cost reduction, and customer service. Actively seeks opportunities for learning and contributing to special projects.
PERFECT INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Previous experience in production leader, preferably in the food or consumer packages goods field
- Demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of effectively leading teams to success.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
