Job Overview
We're in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, supporting employees with inquiries, managing employee housing and international student employment, facilitating onboarding processes and compliance, overseeing uniform distribution, aiding in recruitment efforts, and eventually mastering payroll responsibilities.

This is a full-time, year-round position located at the main office of our Ski Resort.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and questions.
  • Support employee onboarding procedures by administering and processing onboarding documentation, background checks, harassment training, work permits etc.
  • Managing the HRM tracker to ensure task completion and compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks and events.
  • Manage distribution of uniforms for staff members.
  • Oversee various aspects of J1 international employees' management, including arrival coordination, housing arrangements, organizing activities, and providing employment support.
  • Aid in the preparation of materials for employees, including orientation documents, welcome packs, manuals, forms, name tags, keys, training materials, schedules.
  • Collaborate and support managers on human resource related matters.
  • Coordinate the employee housing program by assigning rooms, processing deposits, checking in residents, setting up rental payments via payroll, conducting periodic inspections of housing facilities, resolving disputes, issuing resolutions, ordering supplies, arranging housekeeping and maintenance, and handling resident checkouts and deposit returns.
  • Assist the main office with tasks such as season pass and ticket printing, processing payments and refunds, and distributing resort notices and signage.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Acquire knowledge and skills in payroll processing.
  • Undertake any other necessary tasks as required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in administration or human resources.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to fastpaced environments and flexibility to navigate changes.
  • Eagerness to assist across various tasks and ensure completion.
  • Capability to handle and safeguard confidential information.
  • Experience with ADP WFN preferred.
