    Job Purpose
    Develops, carries out, and upholds methods, operation sequence, and processes in manufacturing or fabricating parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Collaborates with design engineering to synchronize the introduction of new products. Assesses manufacturing costs, establishes time standards, and proposes tooling and process needs for new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems to coordinate manufacturing operations.
    Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions necessary for System Integration in a dynamic environment.
    • Create Manufacturing Process Instructions with comprehensive details to back repeatable and consistent manufacturing processes and train personnel overseeing product integration.
    • Coordinate DOEs, PFMEAs, time studies, and other process enhancement projects, and draft reports.
    • In conjunction with the quality department, ensures that customer stipulations are put into action and fulfilled.
    • Configure BOMs/routings as per the product structure and submit/approve via the ECO in Agile system.
    • Offer DFA/DFM feedback to clients and post-build reports.
    • Plot the system integration line layout, equip the line with necessary tooling and fixtures. Support the introduction of new products.
    Education And Experience
    • BS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting system integration or equivalent
    • The role necessitates a working acquaintance with AutoCad, SolidWorks, GD&T
    • Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks in a challenging setting, demonstrate sound judgment in choosing methods and techniques to derive solutions.
    • Must possess attention to detail, be a team player, flexible, and an independent initiator with robust interpersonal skills.
    • Effective verbal and written communication abilities are crucial
    • Candidates should swiftly adapt to changes, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
    • Familiarity with Lean initiatives. Lean Six Sigma certification and/or training are preferred.
    • Acquainted with industry standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ANSI J STD 001, ANSI ESD 20/20.

    Salary Range(annual): $82,000 - $95,000
