Looking for flexibility? Our team works hybrid in office or fully in our Skokie officeThe Billing Manager will be responsible for:
- Foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
- Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
- Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
- Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage new client implementations.
- Attend companywide and teamspecific meetings.
- Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
- Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
- Selfstarter, comfortable in a deadlineoriented environment.
- Detailoriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
- Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
