The Eylarduswerk is one of the larger youth welfare facilities in Lower Saxony with over 400 employees. In addition, as the majority shareholder, Eylarduswerk operates K.I.T.A. gGmbH with 14 facilities and care places. We are looking for you to join our motivated team of 7 people to ensure the comprehensive facets of personnel work in the future.

Personnel Clerk (m/f/d)
Fairfield, 38.5 hours/week or part-time
Permanent

Your tasks:

Preparing payroll and providing payroll-related advice to employees and managers
Creating, managing, and digitizing personnel data and files, as well as maintaining and calculating vacation and absences
Preparing statistics, evaluations, and reports
Reporting and certification, correspondence with social security institutions, general correspondence
Assisting with final exams and statutory audits
Participating in projects (within and across departments)

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, ideally as a personnel specialist
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
Ideally, knowledge of the personnel management system KIDICAP, public collective bargaining agreements,
