- Execute the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the General Manager
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales objectives
- Develop selling skills and be receptive to coaching
- Conduct studio tours with prospects to drive sales
- Handle retail sales, class packs, and memberships
- Ensure a welcoming environment for all members and visitors
- Greet everyone warmly upon entering the studio
- Have in-depth knowledge of products and programs to assist students
- Emphasize the studio's fitness and wellness offerings
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
- Participate in special events and training sessions
- Perform any other assigned duties
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in using Club Ready software and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Capability to work well with colleagues, clients, and the public
- Remain calm and professional even in challenging situations
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
