We provide energy consulting services to our customers and offer a wide range of energy sources and services to meet their daily energy needs, including mobility, heat generation, electricity supply, and storage. As one of the leading companies in the German energy industry, we employ around 275 people.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Babenhausen to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing support and advice to our customers
  • Selling our products over the phone (heating oil, pellets, diesel, natural gas, and electricity)
  • Planning and implementing measures to maintain and retain our existing customer base
  • Calculating and creating offers
  • Managing orders and ensuring quality control
  • Maintaining customer data and keeping it up to date
  • Establishing new customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing sales concepts and strategies

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Service and customer-oriented work style
  • Negotiation skills,
