    Per-Diem X-ray Technicians Needed for Assignment in Manhattan.

    12p-7p weekly on Thursdays and half day every other Saturday

    Reputable healthcare facility located in Manhattan, seeking experienced and reliable per-diem X-ray technicians to join our team for a per-diem assignment.

    We are currently seeking X-ray technicians to assist us with a per diem assignment at our healthcare facility in Manhattan. As an X-ray technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality images are produced for accurate diagnosis by physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology technology and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.

    Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

    Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images.

    Process and analyze images to ensure quality and accuracy.

    Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

    Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.

    Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology.

    Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray technician.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid ARRT certification.

    Flexibility to work per-diem shifts.
