Your responsibilities Support the team in developing optimal solutions for challenging issues related to corporate acquisitions, sales, and strategic consulting in corporate finance Prepare transaction-related documentation and presentations as well as write technical and economic publications Optimize business processes for our clients Support marketing measures and business development Evaluate facilities and companies in the water management sector Conduct, review, and advise on fee calculations and structures for private and public law companies Create and use complex calculation and valuation models in MS Excel Provide business support in legal disputes Contribute to shaping the water management business field Your qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on water management Business knowledge First practical experience in cost calculation, financial analysis, company
