- Prepare operational reports from the bank reporting system, Business Analytics.
- Assist with researching ways to mechanize and consolidate operational reports
- Assist in the preparation of requests for internal and external audits and exams.
- Shadow members of the bank product and operations team as they perform other duties.
- Assist with special projects.
- Exposure to various accounting and industry software including Business Analytics, Prologue, Workday Financials and Microsoft Power BI
- Other duties as assigned.
- Actively pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in either Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field having completed Junior year at a minimum.
- Satisfactory completion of relevant courses with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Professional, energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Strong work ethic and eager to learn new tasks.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, with skills in Access or SQL a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- An interest in working in the financial sector.
- Must possess strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, analytical, and a self-starter.
- Flexibility and adaptability to approach different challenges within project work.
