As an educational institution, we regularly offer the following course:


Training for Air Cargo and Mail Security Control Officer (-9a)

Aim of the training:


Qualification as a
security control officer for cargo/mail according to section DVO(EU) 2015/1998 and Security Agent with a focus on aircraft and air freight security (m/f/d).



Duration: 6 months


Upon successful completion, the following qualifications can be obtained:

  • Certificate and registration for the examination to become a security control officer for cargo and mail.
  • Air security training according to , , , of DVO (EU) 2015/199
  • IATA DGR PK 6/7/8/1
  • Xray training/radiation protection training
  • Operation of an Xray machine for evaluating cargo items
  • Operation of an explosive trace detector
  • Basics of processes in air traffic related to cargo
  • Forklift license
  • English and German courses
