WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESSOR (M/F/D)

to support our central warranty processing in Herborn.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing of warranty claims and accident damage claims
  • Evaluation of completed warranty work
  • Preparation of goodwill applications
  • Compliance with manufacturer guidelines, conditions, and processes
  • Handling of specific technical and warranty issues
  • Support of the service team in technical and processing questions
  • Administration of warranty management systems
  • Examination of warranty claims

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Ideally, experience in the automotive sector and
