Tax Manager - Direct Path to Partnership - Omaha, NE - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Hemphill has been engaged by a highly respected and reputable CPA firm who has seen continued growth over many years.

This firm has a strong presence throughout Nebraska and the Midwest while serving a diverse client pool of Nebraska/Iowa based companies and small to large complex farm operations.

The Managing Partner of this firm is actively succession planning and is ready to welcome an experienced tax professional to their team on an expedited growth track.

Our client understands the demand for qualified public accounting talent is higher than ever and they have structured their firm to attract and retain top talent.

This firm has built a strong business model that will allow this individual to focus on the tax preparation, planning, and/or client consulting work based on their skill set and what drives their fulfillment.

You will have an immediate opportunity to leverage your experience and add value as you're integrated and regularly involved in management meetings regarding firm strategy, clientele, training and development, time management, best practices, etc.

Strengthen your business development skills as you work closely with the Partners while delivering solutions to and building valuable relationships with the owners and financial leaders of the firm's most prominent clients
Become the leader you would be glad to have as you mentor a strong group of staff and senior associates who value feedback and are eager to learn how to recognize a business' needs and become a true advisor
