Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking Systems Administrators in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training sites around the world. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities encompass the operational integrity and maintenance of the ISTS, ensuring its capability to log assistance calls and automate WOs with reference numbers.

Work with members of the Quality Team to implement and manage quality of service metrics, involving precise capturing and reporting of metrics such as hold times and call quantities.

Work with the Logistics team to configure and sustain upkeep of the digital library for Government-provided technical publications and data.

Develop, execute, and oversee the CM program to track configurations for TADSS, GFP, and GFI, apply software patches/updates in accordance with TMs and the Government-defined baseline, maintain Technical Data Packages for TADSS and GFP, and support draft reviews of OEM TMs and maintenance manuals for TADSS, ensuring comprehensive documentation and currency within the CM systems.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

Client requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience with Bachelors; 1 year of experience with a Masters; or minimum of 7 years experience with high school diploma or equivalent

Experience in providing comprehensive range operations support

Experience in developing and managing efficient workflows for planning, scheduling, coordination, integration, and execution of maintenance and repair operations

Experience in establishing configurations of targets to meet specific operational needs

Knowledge of the Army Range Safety Program and related regulations

Ability to ensure safety protocols and incident reporting compliance with DA PAM and IMCOM Regulation 190-1

This position may require the ability to maintain a clearance between the level of NACI to TS/SCI.
