As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will:

  • Assign filters to new items to ensure a premium shopping experience for our customers
  • Use strong research skills to navigate vendorprovided and internal resources to locate key product information
  • Communicate effectively with Procurement, Content, and Vendors to identify key terms and qualities of items to develop filters and spec table details
  • Gather data using research and reporting tools to make suggestions to improve site features and navigability through filters and more
  • Take ownership of assigned products to not only ensure they display accurate information but also consider how the product fits into its categories, conducting category audits if adjustments are needed
  • Be receptive to feedback from Reviewers as they review each of your filtered items from a consistency and user experience lens
  • Work on largescale projects to make regular updates to product information and specifications
  • Meet quantity and quality key performance indicators related to items filtered and projects completed
  • Have exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Can accurately analyze large amounts of data
  • Display superior attention to detail
  • Can work independently and take ownership of work
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Are flexible and willing to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite

Remote work qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure highspeed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform daytoday tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise
- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).

  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
  • Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.
