The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management department builds, operates, and manages a complex portfolio of exciting and diverse properties - from ministries in Berlin and Bonn, to federal courts and research institutions, to buildings for customs, federal police, military, and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW).
