To strengthen our team in Garching near Munich, we are looking for you as a


Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) - Administration and Customer Service

Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation of offers and order acceptance as well as independent handling of customer projects
  • Reception of customers and handling of pickup/return of our rental equipment
  • Professional communication with our partners and customers, including complaint processing
  • Maintenance of the CRM system and implementation of actions
  • Active support of our workshop team in the office
  • General office tasks using common MS Office programs
  • Care and expansion of the existing customer base, primarily by phone
  • Active support of our field sales team and customer service


You will be trained and optimally trained by us in the industry, so that you can advise and inspire our customers with expertise.


Your profile:

  • Ideally, a successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • A binding, confident and friendly demeanor as well as communication skills
  • High motivation, assertiveness and individual customer orientation
  • Proactive and problemsolving approach
  • Enjoy building customer relationships and providing telephone customer service
  • Good handling of MS Office products
  • Enjoy working in a team and a high level of commitment to
