• Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
• Ensure food items are wellstocked and presented attractively
• Assist in meal preparation, including using knives for cutting fruits and other items
• Assist in creating and preparing menu items and special items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
• Interact with guests to provide assistance and fulfill their needs
• Help with catering services when needed
• Communicate with the Executive Chef and Line Cooks regarding menu items, problems situation or shortage of items.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guest
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Food Handler's Certificate.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
